I noticed that wearing a bow in your hair is a very popular trend in Japan right now. So maybe while V V and Kevin were traveling somewhere, little Sugar decided to catch a flight to Tokyo. Then in a true flash of brilliance, Sugar makes V V think the bows were her idea. haha
